Dealing with Coronavirus
Interesting article today in the Chicago Tribune - Tell your Full Story - how to account for a gap in employment caused by Covid on your resume
Posted 12/02/20.
Remember if you are furloughed, your approach should be a bit different because
technically you are still employed...per the article.
Next to the employer, put your start date to present, and

Contact Tracing Training
Posted 6/15/20.
College of DuPage is offering a 4 week, on-line course for Contact Tracing.
While the main focus is on COVID-19 it covers other communicable diseases
so that individuals can secure employment beyond COVID-19.
It also includes information on cultural sensitivity, diversity, and ethical considerations
as well as linking information to local needs, something the free courses do not offer.
This program was developed in conjunction with the DuPage County Health Department,
and students will be given information on how to apply for Contact Tracer positions
with IDPH upon completion.
