  1. Advocacy and Public Policy
    Provides information to DuPage County, state, and federal legislators regarding issues related to workforce development and the impact of potential policies on low income/disadvantaged constituents.
  2. Client Needs
    Recommends potential new strategies to increase employability for member agency clients. Identifies the barriers and issues that are unique to diverse populations, including victims of domestic violence, the homeless, immigrants, at risk youth, people with disabilities, veterans, and ex-offenders.
  3. Training and Development
    Identifies and provides professional development opportunities for employment coaches, as well as, potential training interventions that can increase employability for their clients as well as cohort programs for member agency job seekers.
